Axel Hamann has been a member of the Management Board of Sedo Holding AG with responsibility for Finance and Human Resources since July 2011. Previously he spent 10 years as a board member or managing director with companies in the IT and consumer goods industries. Axel Hamann began his professional career, after an apprenticeship in banking with Deutsche Bank and studying in Mannheim, with the management consultancy Accenture.

Dr. Dorothea von Wichert-Nick is responsible for Marketing and Sales of the Sedo Holding since July 2011. She was previously employed as Managing Director of Solon Management Consulting, an international strategy consultancy for leading European media and telecommunications companies and their investors. The main emphasis of her extensive project work was on the development of new strategies and business models and on the strategic support of M&A activities. Other stages in her career were spent in the strategy area of Deutsche Telekom as well as with the Fraunhofer Institute for System Engineering and Innovation Research.
